Part-Time Project Coordinator
We are seeking a motivated and organized Part-Time Project Coordinator to support our community programs and initiatives. This role is essential in helping plan, organize, and deliver projects that serve and engage our community.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate community programs and events
Support project timelines, tasks, and deliverables
Communicate with team members, volunteers, and partners
Assist with organizing meetings, activities, and logistics
Track project progress and maintain records
Provide on-site support during events and activities
Help ensure projects run smoothly and meet their goals
Assist with general coordination and administrative tasks
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organization and time management abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, forms)
Experience in project or community work is an asset, but not required
A passion for community engagement and meaningful work
