Part-Time Project Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and organized Part-Time Project Coordinator to support our community programs and initiatives. This role is essential in helping plan, organize, and deliver projects that serve and engage our community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate community programs and events

  • Support project timelines, tasks, and deliverables

  • Communicate with team members, volunteers, and partners

  • Assist with organizing meetings, activities, and logistics

  • Track project progress and maintain records

  • Provide on-site support during events and activities

  • Help ensure projects run smoothly and meet their goals

  • Assist with general coordination and administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent organization and time management abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, forms)

  • Experience in project or community work is an asset, but not required

  • A passion for community engagement and meaningful work
