About Us

The Atlantic Canada Palestinian Society of Saint John (ACPS.SJ) is a grassroots, volunteer-led organization committed to promoting Palestinian culture, heritage, and community engagement in Saint John and the surrounding region. Through cultural programming, public education, and inclusive events, we aim to build understanding, foster solidarity, and create meaningful connections between communities across Atlantic Canada.

Our Mission

At the Atlantic Canada Palestinian Society of Saint John (ACPS-SJ), our mission is to celebrate and preserve Palestinian culture, foster public understanding, and build inclusive community connections through arts, education, and grassroots initiatives.

We are a volunteer-led organization committed to uplifting Palestinian voices and sharing the richness of Palestinian heritage with the broader Atlantic Canadian community. Through cultural events, workshops, storytelling, and advocacy, we create welcoming spaces that promote dialogue, empathy, and cross-cultural exchange.

ACPS-SJ stands firmly against all forms of racism, discrimination, and injustice. We believe in the power of community, the importance of cultural expression, and the need for solidarity in the pursuit of dignity, equity, and human rights for all.
